Adam Palmer
A product of quality Midwestern-work-ethics, Adam was born in the Chicago
land area but also spent a lot of his childhood within the family hospitality
business in Northern Minnesota. After being educated at the University
of Saint Thomas, Adam headed west to San Francisco with Lucent Technologies.
There, he and the rest of his radio-frequency engineering team designed
and installed what was then the brand new Sprint PCS system. Adam's experience
in software led him to the Sunshine State where he joined HTE-UCS in Fort
Lauderdale as a Project Manager who implemented the databases and governmental
field applications for some of this country's largest police and fire
departments.
Instead of building databases, Adam's primary focus is to now help build
and protect the wealth of his clients. Through strategic acquisition and
disposition of commercial real estate, Adam and his team builds trust
through performance and not promises. Adam also excels in servicing the
site selection and leasing for a wide range of clients. Whether it be
for small local business or large Fortune 500 empires. It has been this
diversity amongst his clients that inspired the slogan, Hometown service,
big city results.
Adam joined LandQwest from Coldwell Banker Commercial where he was a
regular Circle of Distinction and International President’s award
winner (which honored the top 3% of all Coldwell Banker real estate professionals
worldwide) and produced the highest volume amongst all associates in the
Lee, Collier and Charlotte county regions. Palmer continues to be active
within both the community and industry. Besides volunteering for various
charitable efforts and fund-raisers, Palmer is the Vice-President of the
Southwest District of Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) and
recently served as President of the Commercial Investment members (CIP).
He has also been found on National outlets such as FOX, CBS, NBC, ABC,
CNN, MSNBC, CNBC, Bloomberg, and the USA Today.
